Description
- Operation:
Step 1 Adjust the limit
If punching profiles 3030, 3060, adjust the limit column to the “30” pointing hole.
2. Install the slider
Select the appropriate slider according to the profile specification.
3. Fixed punching
Slide the product into the aluminum profile, against the copper pillar. Lock the brass screws and use the step drill to punch holes.
4. Punch holes in other locations
Remove the copper pillar, slide the product into the aluminum profile. Punch the center, 25mm away from the top of the product, (as shown by the laser logo on the product). Use a ruler to confirm the punching position, lock and punch.
